Oolong teas are perhaps the richest of all the speciality types in taste. Tasting oolong is can be akin to combining the best of what is available in black and green teas. Oolong tea is semi-fermented and this arresting of manufacture produces the complexity of flavour that is so unique to the variety. Our favourite example is the delicate Peach Blossom from Taiwan.
